Shipping and Return Policy

Returning Products

Please note that we do not accept returns of products after they have been opened. Also, even if the product is unopened, returns must be made within 8 days. Please contact us in advance.

We will perform maintenance free of charge for any initial defects that occur within 3 days of delivery (only if the product is used normally). Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please contact us as soon as you receive the product.

 

Domestic Shipping

All shipments will be sent by Yamato Transport. After the end of the settlement of accounts, we will contact you at your registered email address to inform you of the scheduled shipping date. However, you may not receive a reply from us if your email software is set to reject incoming mails or if your email is set to be automatically moved to a junk folder. International Shipping

All international shipments will be sent by EMS. However, please note that EMS shipping plus packaging and document production costs are added to the shipping charges.

Taxes will be levied at the time of receipt. Taxes vary from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for details. (As a general rule of thumb, it is approximately 10% of the product cost.

Depending on the destination country or region, your shipment may not pass through customs. Please check the regulations of your country of destination in advance. In the worst case scenario, the product may be disposed of or sent back to you, but even in such a case, please be aware that we cannot refund all fees.
